Togher market was founded in 2022 by Togher Tidy Towns showcasing local Arts and Crafts and local food produce. The event brought together music, food, coffee, arts, crafts, cakes, and fudges! It was a day filled with fun and laughter, perfect for the whole family to enjoy.
Markets across two local venues, O’Connell Court (outdoor) & St Finbarrs H&F GAA club (indoor).
The market has grown to be one of the biggest local markets in Cork City.
Raised over €6k through raffles over the two-year period for numerous charities ie, Cork Penny Dinners, Dogs for the Disabled, Togher Men's shed, Meals on Wheels and O’Connell Court to name a few.
We have a Tidy towns Kindness and book table whereby members of the public are invited to bring or take away any items or books for FREE Outdoor Markets, we give demonstrations on planting from our horticulturist volunteer to the children.
